About Northwoods Forest Products
Founded in 1997, Northwoods Forest Products is a small family-owned forest products business situated on 115 acres in the hills of Northfield, MA. Owned and operated by Cory and Kristen Norwood, we offer retail and wholesale native bandsawn lumber, custom milling and planing, firewood, slabwood, sawdust and shavings. We also perform timber harvesting for private landowners and on public lands. Other farm products are available seasonally. Please call or stop in, we’re open year-round.
We’re a proud member of CISA and the Massachusetts Forest Alliance. Supporting local businesses is an important part of our economy. Massachusetts is over 60% forested, however we import 98% of our forest products. Help keep our wood local!
